Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is surrounded by convenient amenities like coffee shops, supermarket, and a good pub across the road. The rooms are comfortable, but the lack of English proficiency among staff can be challenging. During the day, the rooms can get very hot, and being charged for ice was unexpected.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not very good and not clean, but they were incredible. The staff had difficulties with English communication, and there was an extra charge for ice. During the day, the service was extremely friendly and very helpful, but there were areas needing improvement. The location was good, convenient for reaching the city center. The dining experience was a mixture, with some nice aspects but lacking hot options.
The hotel had a mix of pros and cons. Although the rooms were a bit shabby and had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, they were the best we experienced in North Cyprus. The heat was a challenge for sleeping even with the heating off. The service was a mix of friendly and unhelpful staff, with standout individuals like Ismail at the check-in desk and Tugba at customer relations. The location was convenient with nearby amenities but there were instances of closure of nearby attractions. Overall, the hotel offered good quality in a relaxing environment.
